Wai Ora Lakeside Spa Resort is Rotorua's newest boutique fully featured conference venue. Situated only 5 minutes from the Rotorua International Airport makes it the perfect venue for one day seminars, product launches to corporate conferences.
Our full Resort facility gives Conference Organisers the ability to ultilise the whole property. Conference organisers are welcome to incorporate some of our unique resources, such as buses and boats. They really help to create that special and memorable event in Rotorua.
The Resort's "Kia Ora" conference room features modern conference facilities capable of seating up to 100 people. The room can be configured to a variety of seating arrangements to suit your requirements. Our conference room boasts a full range of audio visual equipment as well as the ability to connect directly to the Internet. Our experienced Rotorua Conference and Corporate team of staff will work with you to ensure your delegates enjoy a successful and memorable event.
Our specialist seminar centre, the "Kia Ora" room has proved popular with a number of local and national organisations. Our conference clients have included the Waiariki Institute of Technology, Central North Island Health Professionals and numerous Maori Trusts and sporting organisations. The ability to theme the entire complex for the product launch of their new brand "New Zealand Pure" by Independent Liquor proved to be a winner for their 2009 Annual Conference.

Our Rotorua conference facilities include indoor and outdoor break-out or entertainment areas, restroom amenities and full on-site catering.
As a full facility spa resort the Rotorua conference and associated facilities provides the ideal venue for spa retreats and a venue for conference partner programmes. Delegates can enjoy the full range of Spa facilities including hot spa pools,sauna in our unique "New Zealand Cultural Spa". When your delegates wish to simply take a break and relax, they can take in the grounds and views in and around our peaceful, quiet lake front location.

Delegates can relax at the end of the day in our English-styled Manary Bar. After a few drinks, delegates can retire and enjoy a culinary experience at the Mokoia Restaurant. KIA ORA CONFERENCE ROOM
Wai Ora Lakeside Resort features a flexible and fully equipped conference venue, the “Kia Ora Room”. This purpose-built room is a spacious, light-filled environment to hold your next successful conference in Rotorua. The Kia Ora Room is capable of seating up to 100 people and can be set up in a variety of conference styles to suit your presentation.
The Kia Ora Room is 1 of 3 confererence rooms we have on-site.The room has an outdoor break-out area and this can also include the extensively landscaped gardens with a rambling stream alongside. The gardens and lawns can also add to the available venue space room large enough for a marquee if required.
Our onsite catering staff will ensure all of your food requirements are fulfilled with professionalism and flair, offering the best in canapés and full menu options for your delegates and guests.

Located in the heart of the Resort, the English styled Manary Bar is the ideal place for pre-dinner drinks and bar snacks. A large variety of specialty beers, wines and top shelf liquors are available. LCD TV shows music videos as well as any other requests you may have – such as sports games (Sky TV) or breaking news.
Conference catering
Our on-site catering staff from Mokoia Restaurant will ensure all of your food requirements are fulfilled with professionalism and flair, offering extensive menu options including a full vegetarian menu and the ability to cater for special dietary requirements. Conference packs include morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea which feature Mokoia Restaurant’s unique cuisine. We can also work with your company to organise a dynamic Gala Night Dinner, where we dress the tables elegantly and work with your company to decide on a mouth-watering menu.
